Elxis CMS is being developed by a small group of people we call "Elxis Team". Elxis Team is the top of the Elxis hierarchy. Elxis Community is another official group or users. Elxis community is consisted of high-rated users with well-known participation and contribution to the Elxis project. To become an Elxis Team member, you have to be an Elxis Community member first. To become an Elxis Community member you have to prove your skills and devotion to the Elxis project by participating in our forums, create software, templates, manuals, etc, for Elxis CMS, provide support and generally help and promote Elxis CMS.
