Elxis Nautilus

We would like to share with you our vision for a content management system far beyond to what you have seen till now. Elxis Nautilus is the code name for the 4th Elxis generation, 2011.x. With Elxis Nautilus we completely through away the Mambos family legacy and coding style once and for all. With modern design architecture, code and standards Elxis Nautilus becomes a superb web application with unique features which we are sure that many other CMS developers will mimic in the future.

Currently we develop the basic core of the new Elxis. Everything is being written from scratch. For each problem we test and benchmark various solutions to find the best one. Our basic goal is to build a CMS that will be extremely powerful and, at the same time, easy to administer. In order this to become a reality we have reduced the work the site administrator has to do in order to add content, categories, menus, etc. The inner core is smart enough to handle most tasks automatically.
