Oracle support in Elxis 2008.1

Elxis 2008.1 introduces Oracle database! Oracle is the third officially supported and fully usable database type Elxis is compatible with. For this reason the build-in ADOdb library updated to the latest version and Elxis installer updated in order for Oracle to be installed successfully. Many other changes made to Elxis inner procedures in order database queries to become more SQL native and friendlier to other database types. The driver used for Oracle is the oci8 driver.
