Update to Elxis 2009.1

Users having Elxis 2009.0 Pandora can now update to the latest Elxis version, 2009.1 Hecate, by downloading and applying the official update patch from Elxis Downloads Center. The patch will update 2009.0 filesystem to 2009.1. The update of the database is done automatically by the Updiag tool. The patch contains a README.txt file for help but we strongly advise you to also read the update to 2009.1 guide on Elxis wiki. Note that if you have a prior, than 2009.0, version you must first update to 2009.0 and then apply the 2009.1 patch.
